구본형 소장이 진행하는 ‘사자로 사는 법 – 평생 직업으로 가는 필살기 창조 프로젝트’에 대해 안내 드립니다.
직장인을 넘어 창조적 프로가 되기 위해서는 지시받은 대로 따르는 월급쟁이 마인드를 버리고 자신의 일을 ‘비즈니스’로 인식하는 경영자의 마인드로의 전환할 수 있어야 합니다. 이 프로젝트는 이러한 전환을 출발점 삼아, 직장인들이 지금 하는 일에 선택적으로 몰입하게 함으로써 전략적 강점 경영이 이루어지게 합니다.
이 과정은 사전 과제물 준비 및 교육시간을 포함하여 대략 총 30시간 내외의 개인 참여 시간이 필요합니다. 20시간 내외의 과제물 준비 시간과 3번의 off-line 수업을 최우선적 과제로 생각하고 완수할 수 있는 절실한 분들만 신청하기 바랍니다.

* 참가대상 : 현업을 떠나지 않고 자신의 필살기를 창조하여 회사 내에서는 차별적 전문가로 자신을 키워 공헌하고, 퇴직해서는 1인 기업가로 평생 ‘하고 싶은 일을 하며 살고 싶은’ 직장인
* 참가인원 : 15명 (선착순 마감)
* 교 육 일 : 5월 26일, 6월 2일, 6월 9일
* 교육시간 : 저녁 7시 30분~10시 30분 (총 9시간)
* 교 육 비 : 88만원
